CHAT POLICY
Users must no ask for or offer personal information, including real names, phone numbers, email addresses, or real world addresses.
No sexual or violent content is permitted.
Teasing, taunting, or bothering other players is not allowed.
Any other actions, behaviors, or chat which MyDinos and/or our moderators deem inappropriate or detract from the fun and safety of MyDinos are not permitted.
Upon activating an account, parents are instructed to select one of two CHAT MODES for the account: SAFE CHAT or OPEN CHAT. With SAFE CHAT enabled, players are only permitted to join SAFE CHAT-only servers. OPEN CHAT allows players to communicate using both typed chat and preselected sentences and phrases. MyDinos utilizes a chat filtering system, reporting mechanisms, and in-game moderators to minimize inappropriate behavior in the game. MyDinos attempts to have moderators on duty during our most active hours; in the event that a moderator is not present at the time of a reported incident, our moderators will review chat logs in order to take action on users who violate our chat policy.
If you have any questions or concerns, or would like to change an account’s CHAT MODE, please email support@mydinos.com from the email address used to activate the account and specify which CHAT MODE should be enabled.
The game is free for children to explore and interact with others. In the future a fee-based membership program will be available providing addition experiences and features.
